A swashbuckler with enough swordplay and acrobatics to satisfy even the most discerning enthusiast. A story set in the Caribbean, shot on location in Italy. 8 x 10 inches. Faint creases to one corner, else Near Fine.

Aging Mexican-American town constable must resort to violence against a corrupt and powerful rancher after being tricked by him into wrongly killing a Black man, leaving his pregnant Indian widow. Collection of six vintage borderless reference photographs from the UK release of the 1946 film, all six showing actor Groucho Marx. London photograph agency stamps, Picture Surveys stamps crediting photographer Fred Bonnard, and cropping annotations in manuscript pencil on the versos. An escaped Nazi war criminal wants to reclaim the stolen valuables he has stashed in a Casablanca hotel, and has steadily murdered the hotel's managers to maintain control of the property. The newest manager, however, is Groucho Marx as Ronald Kornblow, a blissfully unaware womanizer who continually escapes the Nazi's grasp with the help of his self-appointed bodyguards (Harpo and Chico Marx). The fourteenth Marx Brothers film, and the seventh Marx Brothers film after the departure of Zeppo Marx. Set in Casablanca, Morocco. 7.5 x 9.5 inches. Very Good plus, lightly curled and edgeworn.

Archive of 26 scripts from the early revisionist television Western, the working copies of producer Michael Kraike, consisting the second half of the first season (1959-1960) and the first half of the second season (1960-1961). These two halves are in two full red leather presentation bindings, each with Kraike's name in gilt at the bottom right corner of the front board. Rainbow revisions present in every episode, along with occasional manuscript pencil annotations, presumably by Kraike. Set in the Arizona territory in 1880, shot at the Universal Studios backlot and on location at the Ray Corrigan Ranch in Simi Valley, California. Two red leather bindings, approximately 500 pages each, and each containing 13 scripts, with rounded spines and raised bands, gilt titles and rule, decorated endpapers. Internal scripts are working examples, lacking wrappers (as typically found in a bound presentation format), each with rainbow revisions and a title page. Spirit duplication used throughout. Pages and bindings easily Near Fine.

Draft script for the 1954 Western film. After the American Civil War, a pair of mercenaries travel with a wealthy countess to the harbor at Vera Cruz, promising to protect a large shipment of gold she has been tasked with bringing to Emperor Maximilian. A Spaghetti Western antecedent, and one of the first Hollywood films to be shot entirely on location in Mexico. Shot entirely on location in Morelos, Texcoco, and Distrito Federal, Mexico. Blue titled wrappers. Title page present, undated. 106 leaves, with last page of text numbered 104. Mimeograph duplication on blue stock, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good, with a dampstain on the front wrapper fore-edge, bound with two gold brads. Housed in a custom brown quarter-leather clamshell box. Pitts 4727.
