Illustrated Boards. Etat : Very Good. Haslehust, Ernest (illustrateur). One of the very attractive series put out by Gresham circa 1900-1910, undated, probably 1st edition, large 8vo, 56pp, 64pp, 64pp, 64pp, cold illustrations by E W Haslehurst; similar in content style to the A & C Black series Beautiful England, and several other publishing ventures of the early part of the last century; white cloth lettered and blocked red and green; the main problem with this series is that, being cream/white the covers suffer, soil and generally discolour; this example a little rubbed with slight loss of colour intensity to lettering on spine; noticeable foxing to the edges and prelims but by and large a decent example from a nice series, often overlooked; VG Copy, no DJ Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
