Improving Leadership in Nonprofit Organizations is based on the twelfth annual Kravis–de Roulet Leadership Conference at Claremont McKenna College. Ronald E. Riggio is the Henry R. Kravis Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology and director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. He is the author of numerous books on the topic of leadership.
