Revue de presse :
'A memorable writer of sinewy intelligence and rare grace' (David Mitchell)

'Every word slots into perfect place in a debut that puts not a foot wrong' ( Mail on Sunday on THE UGLIEST HOUSE IN THE WORLD)

'Wherever these globe-trotting fictions go, vaulting across continents and swerving through time lines, their humour, poignancy and understanding is never far behind' ( Sunday Times on THE UGLIEST HOUSE IN THE WORLD)

'He picks his way through fragile family ties with an almost feline agility and grace. Ho Davies can really do voices: the book is a feat of ventriloquism. Like his first collection, EQUAL LOVE deserves the laurels' ( Literary Review on EQUAL LOVE)

'These stories make all these varied experiences so satisfyingly recognisable, have a style so perfect that it does not draw attention to itself, and display such a likeable and ironic intelligence that in the end your heart lifts' ( Independent on EQUAL LOVE)

'Davies' variations on a theme are brilliant' (Penelope Fitzgerald on EQUAL LOVE)

'Astounding...Peter Ho Davies has left a unique, definitive footprint in the soil of contemporary short fiction' ( Washington Post on THE UGLIEST HOUSE IN THE WORLD)
